I was scanning through eWeek.com and picked up this article, "Six Good Reasons to Jump Ship". The article used the American IT job market as reference point and the points raised seems interesting weekend reading esp. on a crappy rainy weekend here in Sydney.

However I reckon the IT job market in AU is still in a recovery phase and not quite an employee’s market yet. Anyone thinks otherwise? How long will this growth last?
