Hi Everyone,

Firstly, I just wanted to thank Frank for the introduction.  I'm not sure I've ever been called talented and eclectic?  That's got to be a good thing right? :)

As Anthony mentioned, there are some big shoes to fill!  Unlike Greg, Neil and Adam, I'm not as active in the developer community.  Sure, I like to tinker every now and then (I lurrrve Powershell, even before it was cool), but I'm very much an Infrastructure guy.

While I'm on the topic of Infrastructure, I'll take the opportunity for a shameless plug for the Brisbane Infrastructure Group.  If you are in the IT Pro space and in Brisbane next Tuesday, please feel free to drop in and say g'day.  In addition to free drinks and pizza, fellow Tech Talk guest editor Anythony Borton will be presenting some Longhorn goodness.

Anyway, a bit more about me.  I'm an MVP for Windows Virtual Machine, and very excited (and impressed) by the virtualization capabilities coming with "Longhorn".  So you can expect a few virtualization posts from me.

Other than that, I'm not sure what else to add.  In my spare time you can find me tinkering with photography, motorbikes and media centre -- sometimes all at once.  ...but that is a story for another post.

With that, I'll hand over to Ken.

cheers for now, Dugie.
