It's sad to see Frank go but I'm sure he'll have a great time in his new role.  I've found Frank to be so full of energy and encouragement.  I signed up for the Microsoft ISV Buddy program over 2 years ago..where you can have a "buddy" in Microsoft to talk to and ask questions.  I got assigned to Frank and even though I no longer work for an ISV he's always happy to talk, say hello and help where he can.
